You know that amazing feeling you get when you are able to buy all of the things you’ve stashed away in your virtual Sephora cart?? Yeah, super excitement!! Sometimes though, waiting so long means you’re no longer super excited and can’t even remember all of the things you got. I am a Sephora Rouge member which means I get 2 day Flash shipping as well. I placed my Sephora.com order 10 days ago, and it just arrived today. My order wasn’t shipped until yesterday. A quick review of my order history shows all of my orders have always shipped out within 2 days of placing the order. I called and chatted numerous times and was never given a real reason as to the delay. Each time I verified that all of my items were in stock and available and was reassured they were.
Fast forward to Sunday when I got the email stating my order had finally shipped, then an immediate follow up email telling me some of my items had been cancelled because they were no longer in stock (despite them still being available for purchase on the website!). Sadly, the highest priced items I bought were what was cancelled, ie. some Sunday Riley skincare and a Lancome Visionnaire Crescendo. So that was pretty upsetting. I’ve learned my lesson though, I won’t be shopping on Sephora.com anymore, in store only!! I happen to love the girls at my local store, no shade there!
Anyway, onto the haul. I got the Becca Ever Matte Poreless Primer, Kat Von D Everlasting Lipliner and Liquid Lipstick both in the shade Lolita, Sol De Janeiro 4 Play Shower Gel, Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder, GlamGlow Glowsetter, Sample of the Bum Bum cream (see my earlier review) a deluxe sample of Clean Sel Santal
and a beauty blender. I’ve included some swatches of the KVD lippies, they honestly aren’t nearly as mauvey as I had hoped and are much more red. Hoping I can pull those off! Would you like to see a detailed review of any of these items? Or the Urban Decay Naked Heat pallette (not pictured)? What are your thoughts, ever had issues ordering from Sephora?

I’m hoping I like it too! I did try it on, the formula is fantastic! but I didn’t have a full face to compare it against, I’m going to wear it tomorrow morning and see how that goes! It’s beautiful, just more red than I had expected.
