Hello friends! I’ve been waiting to share this one with you because I got it in a trial size and wanted to use it before I bought the full size. I thought it was the bees knees, the cats pajamas…but I wanted to be sure because so many mascaras are great at first then turn to total shit once the tube gets used or it gets too much air. (Lancome Monsieur Big, I’m looking at you!). Okay, so on first glance, I HATED this mascara…because I really didn’t like the tube…even the sample comes in the bamboo tube. I hate bamboo..it’s a texture thing. Now that I’ve had it a while and got the full size, it’s time to clue you in…Yes I know this isn’t new and hot of the presses but trust me..It’s worth of a formal introduction. Mascara is one of the items I can’t leave the house without, even if I’m wearing nothing else, I’m always wearing mascara. Anyway, the tube retails for $23 USD and can be found here but I got mine for $10 during the Tarte birthday sale. Here is how it is described on the site:

This mascara is NOT for if you want big thick bold giant eyelashes. This is a super natural formula that does not flake. It does add length but not really a lot of volume. It’s black, but not darkest black. It does curl a bit but honestly it leaves my lashes feeling great..and that’s what I love so much about it. They aren’t crunchy, or flaky, it doesn’t feel heavy…It’s just a REALLY nice natural mascara. This photo is showing just one coat. So the great thing is that it delivers amazing looking lashes in one swipe. Probably the best part of this mascara is that it is vegan. It doesn’t smell amazing , but most mascara’s don’t smell good. The wand is nice and fluffy but not overly so. It helps to prevent clumps, which I had no problem with as you can see.
When i wear this mascara, I feel good about what I’m putting on my lashes and don’t notice any abnormal lash fallout. They look great, they feel conditioned and it’s easy to take off. This is what I want in an everyday look. It’s my holy grail for that. When I want a dramatic look I skip this one. I cannot recommend this stuff more highly….Give it a try, your lashes will thank you!! I found this to be soooooo much better than Better Than Sex by TF and Troublemaker by UD. Honestly, I can’t compare it to anything else…nothing else keeps my lashes this soft.
