Oh my gosh you guys!! When TF came out with their Clover eye palette last year I thought it was so damn cute but..only for the packaging and I couldn’t justify it to myself to buy a palette for cute packaging….BUT to my surprise a little over a week ago, I happened upon these bad babies!
Too Faced is continuing the Clover collection with a Melted Matte Lipstick (this happens to be my favorite formula of lipstick EVER) and a super duper CUTE makeup bag. Soooo of course I waited until it was available and snapped them bitches up immediately. It wasn’t until after I bought them that I looked everywhere for swatches but it would seem, no one on the interwebs had them.
Well, it finally came today (TF isn’t exactly known for fast shipping)…and I am so pleasantly surprised. The color is so gorgeous and it’s the same melted matte formula I’m used to. It’s a beautiful everyday wearable color and perfectly suited for the office or a night out. I’d say it’s in the mauve family, and true to the description it is a dusty rose shade. I’d definitely say it is on the cool to neutral side. It retails for $21 and can be purchased here. Some of the pictures show the shade slightly lighter than it truly is so I’ve included a gratuitous photo of myself and one of my dogs for you that better shows the actual shade color.
